Most of our orders reach destination within 3 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30-45 business days or more.
Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leave our shop we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
In addition, please note that Veronique's Shop will not be responsible for any additional customs fees that your country's custom may charge.
All orders have a 2-3 business days processing time in addition to the estimated delivery time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

• Search the entire perimeter of your home and mailbox.
• Inquire with your neighbors.
• File a report with your local police department and follow up with your carrier.
